Returns and
Disclaimers
Opened filters and/or used
filters cannot be returned, due to the
inability to re-sell the
filter.
Un-opened/Unused filters
and systems returned in their
original, unopened packaging within
30-days from the date of
invoice will receive
a full refund less
any handling and
shipping
charges.
You must first obtain a
Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number by emailing
us at
waterfiltersupply@yahoo.com
Any products
sent without an RMA number will
not receive a refund and may be returned to the
sender at their
expense.
All
refund amounts will be based on the
manufacturer's warranty and Water Filter
Supply.com's return
policy.
Refunds take up
to 10 business
days to process once we receive the
return.
If any
merchandise was
defective, we will refund the full
purchase price upon receiving and
reviewing the merchandise returned in
undamaged
condition.
To ensure the safe
return of your return
merchandise, please
ship with tracking capabilities
such as UPS or United Postal Service Priority
Mail.
